Manage & develop Construction chemicals business and APP membranes sales.
Devise sales plan, projects identification coordination with manufacturing & distribution.
Maintaining the long term sales relationship with PMC, Consultants, Contractors, Architects and Builders.
Preparation, implementation and review of sales plan, daily monitoring of sales and retail productivity; & weekly sales review
Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Expand dealer/ Distributors network on strategic locations
Well versed with all kind of sales analysis, expert in all kind of sales report i.e. Dashboard, Sales Collection, Per Day, Monthly & Quarterly Sales Report
Good networking skill & Presentation and team handling Skills.
Candidates having prior experience in sales of Construction Chemicals and APP Membranes
Proven experience as an Area sales or relevant role.
Good communication and analytical skills are a must.
Willingness to travel.
Good MS Office skills.
