Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage & develop Bitumen emulsion selling
  • Devise sales plan, projects identification coordination with manufacturing & distribution.
  • Maintaining the long term sales relationship with PMC, Consultants, Contractors, Architects and Builders.
  • Preparation, implementation and review of sales plan, daily monitoring of sales and retail productivity; & weekly sales review
  • Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Expand dealer/ Distributors network on strategic locations
  • Well versed with all kind of sales analysis, expert in all kind of sales report i.e. Dashboard, Sales Collection, Per Day, Monthly & Quarterly Sales Report
  • Good networking skill & Presentation and team handling Skills.

Hiring Criteria:

  • Candidates having prior experience in sales of Construction Chemicals and APP Membranes
  • Proven experience as an Area sales or relevant role.
  • Good communication and analytical skills are a must.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Good MS Office skills.
