Job Description

The Social Media Manager will administer the company's social media marketing and advertising. Administration includes but is not limited to:
Deliberate planning, strategy and setting goals for the online presence of the new range of products by Company
Development of brand awareness and online reputation
Content & Creative management
SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic on own website and other e-commerce portals
Cultivation of leads and sales + actively involved in the comments from customers and replying to them for any assistance required on immediate basis.
Reputation management.

The Social Media Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as she/he engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of:
Turning fans into customers.
Turning customers into advocates.


- 3-4 years of work experience as a Social Media Manager in the cosmetic or related industry(body/skincare).
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, SMO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
