The IME Buyer contributes to define the commoditys TIPP, selects suppliers, creates contracts or orders, manages the supplier relationship, defines and executes necessary actions to achieve GPSQ requirements and performance targets.
Prepare and propose the RFQ strategy through bid list set up and RFQ package definition. Manage the RFQ with suppliers, partners and stakeholders..
Update and propose regularly the purchasing strategy at a global scale, in order to meet the evolution of technical/ regional/ economical sourcing needs on its perimeter. Guarantee the best total cost of ownership (TCO). Manage cross functional team (Stakeholder, Brands, Corporate, Industrial, Finance, etc.) Coordinate all the partners (Region, JVs, Stakeholder) to build a shared vision of the strategy.
Prepare and host key partner or key supplier business review. Define and execute actions to achieve GPSQ requirements and performance targets.
