Data Analytics who will be part of the Customer Service Center. This role will report to the Head of Regional Customer Service Centre. Areas of Responsibilities: Support CSC on MIS / Reports proactively and Support internal customers Focus on Data Quality & Process (Data maintenance in all systems) Assess and develop processes and competences to ensure world class customer experience Establish clear SOPs in CSC to improve efficiency Communicate in a helpful and friendly manner with all internal customer Identify on-going issues and eliminate repeat complaints in order to improve overall customer experience Contribute to regular reviews of processes in order to improve efficiency and support Customer and business requirements Support delivery of the designated services to the agreed service levels Provide MIS / reports which will reflect team performance against KPIs Education and Experience: A bachelors degree within commercial or management related areas You have minimum 6-8 years in a similar or equivalent position Should be able to Analyze data on various business front with an objective to derive actionable points to increase efficiency and enhance customer experience. Have a passion for providing outstanding Customer Service Ability to solve problems quickly and take ownership comfortably Strong in building and maintaining relationships Strong business and commercial understanding Strong skills in IT systems & MS Tools Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changes Must be able to work flexible hours as needed Strong communication skills in English
