Job Role

The E-commerce/Online Sales Manager will administer the companys Online(90%) &
Offline(10%) sales and marketing strategies. Administration includes but is not limited
Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the
cosmetic market.
Continually assess marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
Stay up-to-date on current market trends and methods to organically boost the
product listing of wonder skin on various portals
Work collaboratively with the social media team to assess current projections.
Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition on various e-
commerce portals.
Work in a hands-on fashion, building the teamprovide motivation and inspiration.
Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example.
Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.

Candidate Profile:

This a creative individual with experience and a passion for generating leads, traffic and
online/offline reputation of the brand. The candidate must have -
3-5 years experience in Online Sales in the cosmetic or related
Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Solid computer skills and awareness of Digital marketing and social media
Driven and committed to success while maintaining his/her integrity
