Job Description

1.Should Handle Windows Server 2008/2012 administrator,Monitoring & Remote desktop access.
2.Creation,Modification & Maintenance of User IDs.
3.Installing,Configuring & Troubleshooting Windows domain Controllers.
4.Telephonic assistance to the users and Remote call closure.
5.Educating the users on regular backups and proper usage of resources through e-mail and Call.
6.Co-ordination with engineers for proper service and Follow up with the engineer till the call gets successfully completed.
7.Submitting and explaining the daily call report to the key person.
8.Backup,restore recovering windows server.
9.Mandatory to have good communication & willing to work in US shift.
