Job Description

  • Work as part of global support team for technical support of Shared Service application i.e. Totoro, UDW, and Axial EOD etc.
  • Hands on support role, individual contributor on L1 & L2 Production Services for Systems Support – health checks, application support, incident management and
  • automation initiatives.
  • Problem ownership – from incident to resolution. Root cause analysis & fixes for maintaining and improving system stability.
  • Perform timely system health checks and alerts monitoring and take proactive action when issue arises.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to clients on support issues and functional queries.
  • Release management – work closely with development, business and other key stakeholders to deploy upgrades and enhancements to production environments.
  • Resolve and track daily production issues, provide for timely information to clients and also to update stakeholders with regards to issue escalations and support automation's.
  • Shift – follow team rota for general shift timing.
